WHAT ARE THE SCREEN SIZES?
Adult - 14 x 14" | Youth 9 x 9" - These are our standard screen sizes,
we can print over this size, please contact us for more information.

HOW DO I AVOID ARTWORK CHARGES?
Your files should be prepped as follows: 300 DPI, Vector Based graphics and text.
Preferred file types: .eps, .ai, .psd, .pdf
Design should be sized to print when artwork is submitted
If you are still unsure if your artwork is in the correct format, please contact us to confirm.

IF I DO NEED ARTWORK, HOW MUCH IS IT?
Our artwork charges are $45.00 per hour.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Typical turnaround time is 7-10 days. TURNAROUND TIME IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE, if you have
an event date that you are needing to hit that falls inside our normal turnaround, let us know and
we'll do our best to deliver.

DOES MY QUOTE INCLUDE ALL CHARGES?
Yes, the quote you sign off on will include all charges associated with your job.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS
1... if you want to walk around in a $60.00 t-shirt. Screen Printing is based on Number of Garments,
Number of Locations, Number of Colors. The more you do, the better your price, with that said
the sweet spot is usually around 36 pcs. If this quantity doesn't fit your needs, please request a
quote and we'll work within your budget as we can.

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
All custom tees are pre-paid prior to your job running. We accept all major credit cards and of course
CASH is KING.
